100 meter Sprint

10 Baby Lunges

10 "Help Me Jesus"

50 meter Sprint

Field Work Out (5 sets)

5 Tuck Jumps

5 Traveling Tuck Jumps

20 meter Jog

1 Minute Up Downs

20 meter Joge

Cool Down...then go lift weights :)!
